I teach undergraduate classes in digital art, new media, and design. I am especially interested in how artists and designers make use of the web and other emerging technologies, blogging as an art practice, and visual art in Newfoundland & Labrador.

The web can be a useful educational tool, especially when teaching new media, and when I teach a course I usually set up a class website. Each class website is intended to engage students and encourage participation, provide a reference for class discussions and documents, and serve as documentation after the course is over.

My most recent class websites use a WordPress theme I am developing which I plan to eventually release for others to use.
